The finest pearls are worth the wait! We are thrilled to announce the re-opening of Pearl Tavern! Effective Monday, May 11 Pearl Tavern is resuming dine-in services in accordance with the state of Missouri and Jackson County re-opening plan. We are excited to re-open our dining room, welcome back team members and continue serving Lee’s Summit’s the fresh seafood and high-quality service you have come to know and expect.  We want to thank you for your patience and continued support during these times.

Pearl Tavern hours of operation effective May 11:
Sunday: 11am – 10pm (kitchen close at 8pm)
Monday – Thurs: 11am – 10pm (kitchen close at 9pm)
Fri – Sat: 11 am – 11pm (kitchen close at 9pm)
Weekend Brunch is available Saturday and Sunday from 11 a.m. to 2:30 p.m.
Daily Happy Hour is available in the bar from 3 – 6 p.m.
The health and safety of our Team Members and our Guests are our top priority. We continue to monitor the Coronavirus situation closely and have implemented additional safeguards and precautions based on guidance from the Food and Drug Administration (FDA), National Restaurant Association (NRA), Centers for Disease Control (CDC) and state and local government officials to maintain a safe dining experience for everyone.
Things may look a little different the next time you dine with us. We wanted to reach out and share the proactive steps we are taking so you can continue to dine at Pearl Tavern with confidence. All of these safeguards and precautions are made with you in mind.
Pre-screening all employees before entering the building
Ensuring team members are absent from work if they are ill or show symptoms of illness
Strict handwashing procedures for staff
Our team will be wearing facemasks and gloves
Reduced seating capacity to 25%
Redesigned floor plan to allow for 6-feet in between dining tables
Reduced chairs at bar-top allowing for 6-feet distancing between each
Limiting 6 guests per table at maximum
Removal of communal items from tables (ex: salt & pepper shakers, available upon request)
Eliminating re-usable menus
Guests can view menus online at
Single-use menus available upon request
Frequent cleaning and sanitizing of tables, booths, seats, highchairs, condiments, check presenters, doors, telephones, screens, and other high touch surfaces.
We encourage reservations, and will accept walk-ins. If all tables are occupied when you arrive, we ask our guests to check in with our host and wait outside the building or in their vehicle to maintain social distancing. Our host will take down your name and cell phone and you will receive a text when your table is ready. You may see our host greet you outside, or in your vehicle to help facilitate social distancing if tables are full.
We are all in this together. In order to maintain a safe and healthy environment we respectfully ask our guests to follow these guidelines when dining with us:
Remain home if you or someone in your home is sick or experiencing symptoms of illness
Follow social distancing guidelines of 6-feet
Wash your hands with soap and water for at least 20 seconds prior to eating
Avoid touching your face
Cover your cough or sneeze
Be kind and courteous
Pearl Tavern will continue offering curbside carryout and delivery. We encourage curbside carryout orders to be placed online at for contactless payment. Delivery orders can be placed online as well.
